The cake you showed yesterday is the same cake my mother made at my house growing up. My Mother called it Hot Milk Sponge Cake. I’m sure it is the same recipe. It was a favorite of ours.
I forgot to say she made it in a Tube pan. The recipe must have been in a cook book because we lived in Delaware.
