Love cinnamon rolls, they are a favorite for Christmas morning. And what I like to to is make extra and freeze them (not baked). Then when I have company, pull them out. Always a big hit.
It’s easy. Put the unbaked dough in the freezer in the pan you will be baking it in. Then the night before you want it, pull it out of the freezer, place it in your oven and let it thaw and rise overnight. Then in the morning, turn on the oven and bake! Everyone will wonder when did you have the time to make fresh bread. It’s a huge hit with the grandchildren!

Thank you for stopping by and writing today.
I haven’t made cinnamon rolls for ages. So glad you don’t put raisins in yours.
They are comforting.
Cinnamon rolls look delicious, bet your whole house smells great. I haven’t made cinnamon rolls in years.
It might be time?

Oh that’s a great idea. I’ve never frozen unbaked dough. Yet!

For being a bit rusty in the baking with yeast department they came out amazingly well.

It’s pretty easy. Let me know how they turn out.
These look so yummy and I can only imagine the scent of cinnamon. My thing is, how do you get anything to rise in the cold of winter?
I put them on the stove with the I reheating oven to warm the room.
I’ve always thought your buns were exceptional Ruth. Dc
That looks so delicious 😋
Thank you.
