Love your story 0n Charlie’s visit to Pittsburg!
We’ve had a good time seeing all the sights together.
looks like so much fun
He has been a terrific and enthusiastic participant in all the discoveries.
🙂xxx
It looks like you and Charlie had a great time! Your photo of the Hall of Gems and Minerals reminded me that my daughter-in-law — who has a Ph.D. in Geo-Chemistry — said that the Hall of Gems and Minerals in the Carnegie Museum of Natural History is the single best collection of gems and minerals she has ever seen, and it is also the best presentation because of the lighting and the beautiful display cases.
Your DIL’s professional endorsement is good to know! It’s an amazing display and we are fortunate to have such a collection in Pittsburgh. The dinosaurs are incredible, too.
Wonderful company you have there, Ruth xx
You know it, Jo. Thanks for your visit.

I took my small nephew to a museum yesterday, solidarity! I enjoy taking a child to a museum because they often see things differently or think of different questions.
I agree. I took my ten year old grandson to a similar museum in Alberta and he loved it!! It was fun to see it from his perspective.
Thanks Darlene. Gives you creative ideas for your next book you write! ❤️
You are so right. It’s a wonderful experience.
Great pictures. I like the national aviary better also.
Looks like you two museum-goers had a fabulous time. I absolutely love your first image!
Hi Ruth
We love visiting museums with Siri and Selma.
In museums, one always has a great time. Siri and Selma like natural history museums and museums of modern art best.
