Roasted mushroom ravioli – From Leonard Labriola’s Italian Store on Freeport Road.

I boiled it in salted water first. Seven minutes maybe. Drained. Sautéed in pan with chopped portabellas cooked in olive oil and a bit of butter and garlic.
