mmm – and looks nice against the cutting board
My first thought: purple is the new orange!
An unusual kind of carrot! When cut up, it looks like the inner workings of a kiwi fruit. Great image, Ruth!
Thank you Peter
Great food art. Do these taste any different than orange carrots?
I say the same.
Most unusual colour for a carrot, Ruth. Does it taste different?
I didn’t do a blind test but tasted like carrot to me
Lovely!
