  1. Just eggs, salt and pepper cooked slowly with a dash of butter as they just come together in a golden, pillowy pile to be served on hot buttered toast.

  2. Last night for dinner. Eggs, mushed up firm tofu, onions and ham with some shaker pepper.

  3. Very slow scramble in a buttered pan, with finely chopped fresh herbs (chives, parsley). At the end top them with small cubes of very cold butter. JB

  4. I eat one scrambled egg patty every morning, cooked in a 4-inch pan, almost like an omelet, with a tiny bit of butter, salt and pepper. I like them medium, not too dry or wet.
