Just eggs, salt and pepper cooked slowly with a dash of butter as they just come together in a golden, pillowy pile to be served on hot buttered toast.
I like my eggs over easy
I like mine on the looser side. Maybe a bit of milk and a tiny bit of salt.
Scramble well, extra salt
Last night for dinner. Eggs, mushed up firm tofu, onions and ham with some shaker pepper.
Very slow scramble in a buttered pan, with finely chopped fresh herbs (chives, parsley). At the end top them with small cubes of very cold butter. JB
I eat one scrambled egg patty every morning, cooked in a 4-inch pan, almost like an omelet, with a tiny bit of butter, salt and pepper. I like them medium, not too dry or wet.
Love the video gcr
