Armchair in the Side View Mirror at the Red Light

Two hundred miles from home and then I exited the highway to get to Laura’s house. Had to drive by this armchair, stop at the red light- you con barely see the armchair It’s a bit fuzzy in the side view mirror.

There was no way to drive around a block and get it right!

Columbus Ohio Storms Beautiful Rainbows

My granddaughter Maura(15) sent me the first photo. She’d gotten out of her high school 90 minutes early, due to the tornado warnings. Their Spring break was last week as she lives in a suburb of Columbus.

My grandson Charlie (8) has Spring break this week, as he goes to the Columbus City Schools. He took this next photo with his tablet. My daughter Laura texted it to me.

Fortunately neither family experienced damage or loss of property as so many others in the state did from the serious storms.

Here’s another photo Maura took of the light in top half of the trees

Two Views on the Drive Home-Guest Blog

Granddaughter Maura (15) sent me these two views she photographed on the way home from swim practice. She was a passenger not the driver – yet.

Clouds covering the moon and the moon showing itself. The moon on the right almost lines up with the street light pole.

I like that she took the pics and shared them with me. We both see the moon in the night sky even though we are two hundred miles apart.

Do you know a Numismatist?

“Numismatics is the study of coins and other currency units and is usually associated with the appraisal and collection of rare coins.” Investopedia

The music teacher at the Community Center sported this t. Her son is collecting snd studying coins. Pp

Numismatist“Numismatists study the physical attributes of the payment media rather than the use and function in an economy. The term numismatics is often used interchangeably with the coin collection, though it connotes more intensive study than just simply collecting coins. It could be said that all numismatists are coin collectors, but not all coin collectors are numismatists.” Investopedia

I know a casual coin collector.
