Blue Cheese Yes or No?

Do you like to eat blue/bleu cheese? Blue cheese dressing? “Blue cheese is made using Penicillium, a type of mold that’s responsible for its unique taste, smell, and appearance. Unlike other types of mold, Penicillium does not produce toxins and is safe to consume.”

Wait, that’s NOT blue cheese.
That’s a slab of marble metamorphic rock!
But it made me think of blue cheese.

Asparagus Yes or No?

A sure sign of Spring

When I was visiting family in Berlin, we went around the corner to Kiez Eis . It was there I tasted Spargel Eis in but I did not order a whole ice cream cone of that flavor. We visited the Spargel Capital in Germany where mounds of earth covered the stalks so the asparagus was white instead of green.

Mustard Yes or no?

Mustard. A condiment found on the door of many a fridge.

Did you know there is a National mustard museum?
The museum is located in Middleton, Wisconsin and ooops I missed National Mustard Day this past August 6th.

If you’re YES to eating mustard, which type? And What do you put it on or in? It seems like something you don’t eat by itself.

I have 3 kinds in my refrigerator. Yellow, brown and Dijon.

Liver and Onions Yes or No?

When I go out to eat I like to order something I don’t prepare at home.  But I won’t be ordering the Liver & Onions.

It’s a NO for me but when my sister comes to visit and we are across the river at the Grant Bar it’s what she orders.  This photo is the Oakdale Diner in Oakdale PA.  Their fancy electronic sign keeps changing. I waited until the Liver & Onions in lights flashed back on.

I’ve asked you about flavors and tastes before, food preferences. So which is it? Liver and Onions  Yes or No?
