At the Columbus Metropolitan Library
The beloved classic children’s book first published in 1947, Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown.
We were in the library parking garage in downtown Columbus. He’s the one who saw this and pointed to it and I took the photo. Good find, Charlie!
Some streets in the city have alley between them. It’s the third definition I’m talking about–
“a narrow street : especially : a thoroughfare through the middle of a block giving access to the rear of lots or buildings”
There are garages and the garbage cans set out for pick up. Not a lot of traffic. We we walking to a friends house to play and we went into their backyard via the alley. Charlie biked ahead of us.

Three Rivers Arts Festival is ten days long and is now located in the Cultural District. I went with my neighbor Sunday afternoon, on the last day. We walked around a couple of hours and headed for home when it looked like rain. I bought a cool dish towel with a screen print of a special Pittsburgh Landmark- a gift so not showing it yet.
