Fresh Peach Crisp in the Oven

Fresh Peach Crisp in the Oven. As good as apple crisp for sure. There were quite a few ripe peaches asking for someone to do something with them. E put plain yogurt on top of a warm serving but I was thinking vanilla ice cream would have been a prefect combination, too.

Monday- a beautiful summer evening in Ohio where I’ve come for a few days to help celebrate Michael’s birthday.

One of the nights when you stay late for the band concert, you’re in the parking lot and you see the sunset, captured in the school windows.

Garden at Dusk

When my brother and sister visited, they worked hard in the garden, Really hard.

My friend J gave me perennials a couple of years ago.

With the thistles and weeds and volunteer trees eliminated, the plants are coming into their own.

Tonight I captured some of the blossoms.

Book Club Dessert and a Peachy Sky

The book club on the next block meets the second Thursday of the month and takes the summer months off.
